Etsy shop of the week: Southern Belle Invitations

Southern Belle Invitations is the brainchild and occupation of Treasia Stepp.

When Treasia married in 2006, she handcrafted the print materials for her wedding, and she enjoyed it so much that she began to make custom invitations, thank you cards, and greeting cards for her friends and family. In 2007, her husband took up trucking.

Treasia says, “I started my business as a way to occupy my time now that my husband is gone on the road all the time and my only child still living at home is a teenager, who is never home.”

So Treasia is a “WAHM” (work-at-home mom), and her business obviously gives her joy. She notes, “I am the sole operator, designer, and packager of all of my creations. I take pride knowing I handle all of the marketing of my designs as well. It is my dream to make each bride’s day as special as my custom designs are to me. I take pride in my work and in grace and gentility--all things Southerners are known for.”

Treasia hails from Marked Tree, Arkansas, and she’s a member of AREtsy, the Arkansas Etsy street team. You can shop with Treasia on Etsy, and you can follow her design adventures on her blog.

If you’re looking for unique, handmade, custom print materials for any special occasion in your life, go see Treasia!
